Our Children's Programs

We strive to create a fun, safe, and edifying environment for our children at First Baptist Trenton. We encourage kids to memorize verses, learn Bible stories, create fun Biblical crafts, and enjoy a snack. We provide a class for ages 3-12, and a Teen Class. A nursery helper is always ready to care for babies ages 0-2. 

What We Teach

We believe that the Bible is God's Word to mankind and is infallible and inerrant in its original manuscripts.  We use both the Old Testament and the New Testament as the foundation for our faith and the inspiration for our daily lives.  We put those teachings into practice at home and at work.

Our Pastor

Our Pastor planted Majesty Baptist Church in 2021, before combining with First Baptist Church of Trenton in August 2023. Pastor James' educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries with a Biblical Languages minor from Pensacola Christian College, and a Master of Religious Education from West Coast Baptist College, Lancaster CA. Pastor James' wife, Muriel leads our children's ministry.  They have five children. 

Who We Are

We are a group of people who love God and want to serve God with all our heart, soul, and mind. Our heart's desire is to please God in all that we do and reach those who need Him. 

​First Baptist Church is a loving and welcoming body of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose three-fold mission is to Exalt the Savior, Edify the believer and Evangelize the lost.
